Catalogue use survey. Staff questionnaire
This questionnaire is designed to find out how the adoption of different
physical forms has affected the use of the catalogue as a staff tool. Please comment
freely (ail forms are anonymous).
The questionnaire is intended only for members of staff who use the catalogue,
or supervise its use, in the course of their work (and have had expérience of the use
