Object description
Het psalter telt 149 fol.; 2 kolommen van 23 regels, Latijnse tekst, kalender voor het bisdom Parijs. In 19de-eeuwse band. Verlucht met talloze initialen. Vrijwel identieke verluchtingen, trouw aan de traditie van de school van Jean Pucelle, komen herhaaldelijk voor in Franse handschriften van gemiddelde luxus, die uitgevoerd werden tijdens de laatste regeringsjaren van Charles V of tijdens de eerste van zijn opvolger. De kalender lijkt van een andere hand dan de gebeden en kan niet dateren van voor 1368: het feest van de H.Catharina staat als 'dubbel' aangeduid. De initialen ervan behoren trouwens meer tot de vijftiende dan tot de veertiende eeuw.
